• Introducing malware, or interfering with the availability, integrity, or security of the site.
• Using automated systems to overload, probe, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation, or using the site to infringe others’ rights.

Data and research use

Our directories and research are compiled and maintained by ModalPoint. You may reference them with appropriate attribution and a link, but you may not copy them wholesale, incorporate them into a competing dataset or product, or use them to train models, without our written permission.

Enforcement

We may investigate violations and may restrict or terminate access, remove content, and pursue available legal remedies. We may also report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
